SELECTING THE FINEST RAW MATERIALS
Pure Fiber's yarn procurement team begins this process by meticulously screening materials to ensure that it meets thier weight and length requirements.
SCREENING PROCESS
Materials that do not meet the Pure Fiber Standard are immediately rejected. After the screening process, samples of the material undergo Pure Fiber's analytical test for absorbency and an additional test for wet strength. This wet strength enables Pure Fiber to ensure that the products will maintain its shape and durability throughout a lifetime of washes.
FINISHING
With the newest weaving and warping technology at Pure Fiber's disposal, their facility is capable of producing 11,500 kg per day of products in various weight and designs. Using new German and Belgium air jet technology, Pure Fiber's equipment is more energy efficient than the traditional loom. The equipment's capability for fast and accurate loop formation enables them to decrease wastage while increasing quality and durability. Pure Fiber's German designed Eco-Master Fabric dying machine allows them to reduce both their energy consumption as well as dye consumption, all while maintaining a high quality standard on color. Throughout the finishing stages, Pure Fiber quality control experts examine and test the products to ensure a consistency of softness, absorbency, and durability.
